Returns and Exchanges.
You can return or exchange your item 14 days from the day you received it. If you would like to return or exchange your item, please email us at info@themptyindustry.com

Do not forget to indicate "Return" or "Exchange" as the email subject.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn, and is in it's original condition. All of the original tags must be attached and the item needs to be shipped in it's original packaging. Make sure you have kept your receipt or order confirmation! You will need these for your return to be processed promptly.

Returns are free, however, if you would like to exchange your item you will be liable for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

The shipping fee cannot be refunded. After we received your return, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method with the shipping fee deducted.

Delivery times of your return or exchange can vary depending on where you are located.

We recommend using a tracked postal service If you are sending an item that costs more than 75USD, or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that the item will reach us.

The Empty Industry is not responsible for any items or packages lost in the post.
I have placed an order. What next?
Thank you! You will soon receive a confirmation email with your order details. After that you will receive another email stating that your order has been shipped, as soon as it leaves our office! All our orders are sent tracked, look out for your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Keep in mind, it may take us to 5 business days to process your order.
Delivery times.
We use SDEK to ship orders across Russia. When placing your order you will see multiple delivery options with approximate delivery times.

We use UPS and DHL to ship orders across EU (inc. Monaco, Switzerland, and Lichtenstein). The delivery times are shown at checkout.

These are the general delivery times:

DHL Express - 1-2 business days
DHL Saver - 4-5 business days
UPS - 4-5 business days
Why don't you deliver to my country?
Currently, we only ship across Russia, EU, as well as Monaco, Switzerland, and Lichtenstein. However, we can still ship your item to you if you place a custom order. All you have to do is send us an email at info@themptyindustry.com. Do not forget to include "Custom order" as the email's subject.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a couple of days for the bank to process your refund.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@themptyindustry.com. Do not forget to include "Late Refund" as your email subject!

My item is sold out! What do I do?
We do not overproduce so we do not generally have a large stock on our website. If you item is sold out, send us an email at feedback@themptyindustry.com and we will do our best to deliver the product to you. You can either place a custom order for a size you need, or, if there is a lot of demand, we will produce more pieces, upload them to the website, and let you know when it is available for purchase.
